Here, I wanna make a speech of one motion about legalize all drugs. I choose this motion, because I think this is so interesting to speak about because drugs is something so sensitive. We still don’t know, even government still trying to anticipated drugs problem, especially in Indonesia.
There are so many kind of drugs in the world, the drugs can be legal or illegal in many country based on their own regulation. For example cocaine, amphetamines (benzedrine, dexedrine, methedrine, dsb.), nicotine, and caffeine that used as stimulant or marijuana, heroin, LSD (Lysergic Acid Diathylamide ) etc.
But in Indonesia, drugs can be defined as one of many social problems. Why?
one side, drug is useful materials in the field of medicine or health services and development of science, but on the other hand can be very harmful if used without strict control and regulation. Thanks to medical and drug research, there are thousands of drugs that help people. Antibiotics and vaccines that can occur people. Medicines can lower blood pressure, treat diabetes, and reduce the body's rejection of new organs. Medicines can cure, slow, or prevent disease, helping us to lead healthier and happier lives. But there are also lots of illegal, harmful drugs that people take to help them feel good or have a good time.
How do drugs work? Drugs are chemicals or substances that change the way our bodies work. When you put them into your body (often by swallowing, inhaling, or injecting them), drugs find their way into your bloodstream and are transported to parts of your body, such as your brain. In the brain, drugs may either intensify or dull your senses, alter your sense of alertness, and sometimes decrease physical pain.
A drug may be helpful or harmful. The effects of drugs can vary depending upon the kind of drug taken, how much is taken, how often it is used, how quickly it gets to the brain, and what other drugs, food, or substances are taken at the same time. Effects can also vary based on the differences in body size, shape, and chemistry.
The use of drugs in the Indonesian have a real impact losses, both losses to the user's health to economic losses. It is true that the use of drugs in Indonesia is the result of the construction, giving rise social problem such behavior.
Studies show a correlation between drug use and crime - violent crimes such as homicides, assaults and domestic violence. Why is this? It's quite simple - drugs cause violent behavior. Crime will also not be reduced by drug legalization
Has anyone considered that the reason that people do crime was because they were ON drugs - legal or not? That they weren't necessarily do a crime to get illegal drugs, but the drugs themselves caused a violent behavior (which would not magically go away if the drugs were legal) which lead them to committing a crime - something that would not have happened if they had not TAKEN drugs?
In actuality, crime will rise when drugs are legal because more people will be taking drugs. Crime is high in high-drug use areas not because people are committing a crime to get drugs, but the influence of the drugs made them more inclined to commit a crime.
The violent behavior caused by drugs won't magically stop because the drugs are legal. Legal PCP isn't going to make a person less violent than illegally purchased PCP. So, crimes committed because of drugs will increase as the number of drug users increase with the legalization of drugs.

Actually, Even both legal or illegal drugs may impact worst to people.The best reason is because drugs may cause Death. Death is the worst thing because it will increase death rate in indonesia. And it is so not importnt for Indonesian’s people to make a high rate of death just because of drugs.
But the consequences of legalizing drugs would make an already large problem. legalizing drugs won't solve any of our Nation's drug problems.
in addition to people not being able to do "whatever they want" with their bodies, drugs do NOT just hurt the person who chooses to use them. I am sure people have heard about flashbacks from LSD. So, let's people stay inside in their own home and take LSD - that can't hurt anyone - right? After all, it's in their private home - right? LSD can cause flashbacks after taking the drug, at any time. Is that person going to have a flashback while sitting at home - or while driving? Or while operating machinery? If that person has a flashback while driving the bus and an accident results, will people be so quick to say that the bus driver's "choice" to take LSD didn't hurt anyone else?
Legalization would create a large group of new drug users - children.
So, i Believe that this house should not legal all drugs without responsibility reason. to remember how our country make good effort for make a regulation abuse of drugs such as Law No. 22 of 1997 to eliminate bad impact of drugs in Indonesia.
